Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Have had a license for 2 years if 18 years old, or 1 year if 19 years+.
• Less than two tickets/at fault accidents in the last 2 years, and less than three in the last 3 years.
• Must back vehicle in when parking.
• Must be able to help local stores.
• Physical ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in delivery or professional driving preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong navigation abilities and familiarity with GPS technology.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Proficiency in using smartphone apps for delivery tracking and communication.
• Flexible schedule, including potential weekend and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Deliver pizzas and other products.
• Navigate to customer locations.
• Handle customer payments and provide change.
• Assist with in-store tasks as needed.
