About The Position
Concrete Construction Supply is looking for a dependable, hardworking Seasonal Runner to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, working with their hands, and being part of a team that keeps construction projects moving. This is a full-time seasonal position expected to run through October 31, 2026. Outstanding performers may have the opportunity to continue with the company in a year-round role as business needs allow. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two years of experience working as a delivery driver with no legal or safety incidents on record
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws and company safety procedures
Nice To Haves
- Previous delivery or driving experience is a plus
- Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Denali and internet a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver products to customers and company locations safely and efficiently
- Pull, load, unload, and verify orders for accuracy
- Secure loads using proper chains, binders, and safety procedures
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate with supervisors regarding deliveries, routes, and scheduling
- Use GPS and routing information to make timely deliveries
- Operate pallet jacks and basic power tools
- Maintain clean trucks, warehouse areas, yard, and workspaces
- Support warehouse and store operations as needed
- Provide friendly, professional customer service on every delivery
