About The Position

Delivery Drivers are recognized as the ambassadors of Domino's Pizza. From fresh out of the oven to the customer's door, our drivers make it happen. This position offers competitive pay with cash paid daily from earned tips and mileage reimbursement, along with a base hourly wage of $17.00. We offer great hours, accommodating various needs such as second jobs, part-time work, or flexible schedules (evenings, weekends, or just a few hours). The driver position is an excellent start to learn about the delivery business, customer service, and product creation. Domino's Pizza is committed to promoting from within, with most managers starting as drivers, making this a stepping stone into our Management Development Program.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that passes regular safety inspections.
• Valid U.S. employment authorization.
• Valid Car registration / Insurance / Inspection in the applicant's name.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
• Outstanding attitude toward customer service.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
• Organized.
• Efficient in time management.
• Ability to multitask.
• Able to respond to customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and other products to customers.
• Navigate to customer locations using maps and GPS.
• Handle customer concerns and provide excellent customer service.
• Answer store calls after the first ring.
• Follow Team Sharma Domino’s Policies.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
