About The Position
The Delivery Driver position is responsible for greeting walk-in customers, taking delivery and carryout orders over the phone, cleaning, and making deliveries. This role requires individuals to be hard-working, personable, friendly, punctual, and able to multitask. Drivers will also be expected to run/jog/speed walk to and from their cars on all deliveries. Training will be provided on the job, including road training with a Certified Delivery Trainer. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and co-workers, processing orders accurately, and maintaining a clear and upbeat speaking voice. Essential functions include accurate and quick mathematical calculations, making correct monetary change, verbal and written communication, motor coordination for precise movements, and navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area. Drivers must be able to navigate various terrains and delivery sites while carrying product.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Insurance

- Ability to take and process orders both over the phone and in person on a touch screen computer system
- Clear and upbeat speaking voice
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
- At least 18 years old
- Valid Auto Insurance
