General job duties for all store team members include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. Training and orientation are provided on the job. Communication skills required include the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Essential functions and skills include accurately and quickly adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing (a calculator may be used), making correct monetary change, possessing verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders, having motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate precise movements with speed, and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
