About The Position

The Delivery Driver delivers products by car to customers' doors and distributes flyers and door hangers. The role also includes general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. Drivers must navigate the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings, while carrying products.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Must have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Must have motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Must be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers' doors.

Navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, the work area, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
