We need someone who can get fresh bagels where they need to go before most of Nashville hits snooze for the first time—and then roll up their sleeves in the kitchen. This is a two-part gig: mornings start with delivering fresh bagels, cream cheese, butters, and sauces from our centralized production kitchen in Franklin to our store locations before they open at 7am. Once the route is done, you'll head back to UBDC and shift into prep mode—mixing cream cheeses, making sauces and compound butters, and possibly learning the art of bagel rolling. You're the critical link between our kitchen and our stores, and a key part of the production team that keeps the whole operation stocked.
