About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Delivery Drivers to deliver customer orders and support store operations. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within the organization. Drivers are paid $15.55 per hour, plus tips and mileage reimbursement; tips are paid out after each shift, and mileage reimbursement is paid daily.

In addition to deliveries, the job includes distributing flyers and door hangers, operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Employees must use a personal phone for the Domino’s Delivery Driver in-store app.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• Must have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including navigating adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, and private homes.
• Must use a personal phone for the Domino’s Delivery Driver in-store app.
• A criminal background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
