About The Position

The Delivery Driver operates equipment, stocks ingredients in storage and work areas, prepares products, receives and processes telephone orders, takes inventory, and completes related paperwork. The role also includes cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. Drivers deliver products by car to customers’ doors, distribute flyers and door hangers, and navigate the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings while carrying products.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes, hands, and fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain while carrying products.
