About The Position

This role involves delivering products to customers within a designated area. The job requires operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking phone orders, inventory management, and cleaning. Team members will also handle customer interactions, both over the phone and in person. The position demands strong communication skills, accurate mathematical abilities, and proficiency with computer systems or touch screens for order entry. Navigational skills are essential for locating addresses and navigating various terrains, including multi-story buildings. The work environment can involve exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature fluctuations, food odors, and cramped spaces. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, walking, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, pushing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching. Dexterous use of hands is required for various tasks, including shaping dough and assembling boxes. Team members may also need to climb stairs or ladders and drive for deliveries.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Standing for most tasks.
Walking for short distances for short durations.
Lifting bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds) and stacking shelves up to 72 inches high.
Carrying large cans (3 pounds, 7 ounces), pizza sauce (30 pounds), and trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 pounds each).
Pushing to move trays on dollies (up to 7.5 pounds of force).
Stooping/Bending forward at the waist.
Crouching/Squatting occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reaching continuously (up, down, and forward).
Driving specific job duties: Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
Eye-hand coordination is essential.
Use of hands is continuous during the day.
Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
Manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter.
Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
Must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
Utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
Infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
During delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.
