Requirements

At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting Brand standards and a reliable vehicle with insurance listing you as an authorized driver.
Available to work most evenings and weekends.
Ability to work a consistent schedule with no (or very few) last minute changes or call offs.
Fluent in English (and preferably Spanish) so that you can communicate with our customers.
Recent and verifiable employment within the most recent 12 month period.
Good interpersonal, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills; motivated and organized.
Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.
Will do the right thing when no one is watching.
Can take direction from individuals in higher-level positions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift product weighing approximately 10-50 lbs.
Must be able to speak and hear clearly on the telephone and in person.
Must be able to operate a computer, desktop, tablet, etc.
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
Previous delivery, retail or QSR experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area.
Carry pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties.
Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story building, private homes and other delivery sites while carry product.
Make up to 20 deliveries per shift.
Travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
Coach, train and motivate the store Team.
