Weekend Delivery Driver
About The Position
We are looking for a part-time Delivery Driver at Sona Pharmacy who is thoughtful, gracious, upbeat, positive, and dedicated. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, excels at building relationships, and focuses on more than just technical skills. The schedule is approximately 28 hours per week, including Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Monday from 8 AM to 2 PM. The role involves supporting the team by ensuring prompt and accurate delivery and distribution of medication to patients. As the face of Sona Pharmacy, the driver is responsible for providing a positive, personal, and consistent patient experience.
Requirements
- Willingness to go above and beyond
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize a company-provided mobile device to obtain payment, signatures, and provide receipts
- Complete delivery route to deliver medications to patients and facilities
- Observe speed limits and obey all road signs
- Maintain a clean vehicle at all times
- Maintain HIPAA patient confidentiality
- Communicate any route-specific information to the pharmacy team regularly
