About The Position
Domino's Pizza in Pierson, FL is seeking energetic and customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive hot, fresh pizzas and other menu items in a timely manner. We put our customers and our employees first, and without great employees, we cannot operate a great store. We have continued to prove we “Put our People First” by making sure our work environment is safe and provides stability for you as a team member.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no tickets or accidents)
- Must have license for at least 3 years driving experience required
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with GPS technology
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Physical ability to lift and carry orders, which may include boxes, bags, and drink carriers
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous customer service or delivery experience is a plus
- Knowledge of the local Wichita Falls area is beneficial
- Familiarity with food handling practices is a plus
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver orders to customers' homes, offices, and other locations in a prompt and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
- Accurately handle cash transactions and credit card payments
- Assist with various in-store tasks during non-delivery times, such as answering phones and helping to prepare orders
- Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicle and follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with store staff to ensure smooth operations and order accuracy
- Navigate efficiently through the local area to optimize delivery routes and times
- Able to wash dishes, take out the trash, sweep mop etc. whatever is needed during down times
- No standing around
