About The Position

Sifted is seeking a customer experience-focused professional to deliver and serve lunch, and manage the on-site experience at client locations. The ideal candidate is passionate about pop-up events and understands the elements that contribute to an exceptional event experience. This role requires the ability to drive a company van and a valid driver's license.

Requirements

Must possess a valid driver's license.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to bend, squat, and reach.
Must obtain a ServSafe Food Handler card (company-paid).

Nice To Haves

Some food service experience is preferred.
Detail-oriented with a focus on enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities

Manage the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location, ensuring staff satisfaction.
Coordinate with the culinary team to learn the menu, pick up lunch, and deliver it to the client’s office.
Create an inspired, pop-up atmosphere in the client’s office using branded materials and creativity.
Communicate the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging.
Gather feedback, including specific metrics, and report to the Community Manager.
Propose improvements for efficiency and the overall experience.
