About The Position
We are a locally owned and operated franchise that enjoys having fun while achieving our goals. We strive to make the best quality food delivered with the friendliest service. We want to know our guests as friends and treat them like family. This role involves delivering products by car to customer doors, including flyers and door hangers. Team members are also responsible for general store duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing orders (telephone, in-person, window), and cleaning the facility. The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to comprehend and give instructions, and basic math skills for monetary change and order processing.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- Ability to direct activities
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks

- Ability to meet strict quality control standards
- Ability to deal with people

- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
Responsibilities
- Deliver product by car and then to door of customer
- Deliver flyers and door hangers
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone, in person, and window orders
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Remove trash and perform other outside tasks
