About The Position

The possibilities are endless at Domino's! This is a full-time or part-time position. While clocked in, drivers are paid minimum wage and are expected to make at least 2 deliveries per hour. Tips for each delivery vary, with an average of about $4 per delivery. With hourly pay, tips, and mileage reimbursement, drivers can potentially earn over $22.50 per hour, not including mileage. All tips and mileage money are paid in cash after every shift. There is potential to earn even more with 3 deliveries per hour through hustling, smiling, providing excellent customer service, and avoiding mistakes. Hourly pay is disbursed every Friday. Domino's also offers a Career Pathway program for advancement and increased earning potential.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age with 2 years of driving experience, or 19+ years of age with 1 year of driving experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Good driving record.
- Outstanding attitude toward customer service.
- Basic math skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Insured vehicle that passes regular safety inspections.
