About The Position

A Delivery Expert is responsible for the timely, safe, and customer-focused delivery of goods, often representing the company during last-mile logistics. When not on delivery runs, the Delivery Expert assists with various in-store operations, including order preparation, inventory management, and customer service. This encompasses tasks such as taking orders, bagging and tagging items, answering phones, handling carry-out orders, washing dishes, cleaning, and assisting on the makeline when deliveries are not active.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Possesses navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
Proven ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
Ability to problem solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaints
Must be able to process the correct change for cash orders
Excellent verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
