About The Position

315 Logistics is a veteran-owned Delivery Service Partner established in late 2019, operating as a last-mile delivery business. Based in Virginia Beach, VA, we deliver small parcel packages throughout the Hampton Roads area 7 days a week, 361 days a year. We are seeking Delivery Associates/Drivers to safely operate a delivery van and deliver Amazon packages to customers throughout the community. Typical shifts are approximately 10 hours, with a typical schedule of 4 days per week (40 hours), and potential overtime opportunities. The daytime shift is approximately 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM. One weekend day is required. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a 5-panel drug screening
• Must be able to operate and navigate an Amazon-branded delivery van (training provided)
• Must be able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must communicate effectively with management and support staff

Nice To Haves

• Commercial, DOT, CDL, or work-related driving experience is a plus, but not required.
• A special driver's license is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate a delivery vehicle on and off the road
• Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information
• Load and unload packages into delivery vehicles
• Navigate a variety of delivery routes throughout the assigned area
• Assist teammates through rescue routes when needed
• Work safely in varying weather conditions
• Deliver excellent customer service at every stop
