About The Position
This role involves operating all necessary equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery areas and storage, preparing products, and receiving/processing telephone orders. The position also requires taking inventory, completing paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility on an approximate daily basis. Additionally, the role includes delivering products by car to customer doors, and distributing flyers, door hangers, or other marketing materials. This requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle for deliveries. Essential skills include navigational abilities to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and the capacity to navigate various terrains such as multi-story buildings and private homes while carrying product.
Requirements
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eye and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Valid Driver License with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
