About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver to provide friendly customer service, prepare and deliver products, and help maintain store operations. Drivers represent RPM Pizza and Domino’s brand standards while working in a fast-paced team environment. This is a variable-hour position with competitive pay and overtime eligibility as a non-exempt employee. Scheduling is flexible. Benefits are available to eligible team members, and RPM Pizza offers training and opportunities for growth, leadership development, and community involvement.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM Pizza and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
• Drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
