About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to serve customers in the designated delivery area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including management and franchise ownership. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Drivers must deliver using an insured vehicle and be able to navigate to addresses, including in adverse terrain and multi-story buildings. General store team duties also include operating equipment; stocking and preparing products; receiving and processing orders; taking inventory and completing paperwork; and cleaning equipment and the facility. The position involves customer and coworker communication, order entry by computer keyboard or touchscreen, handling payments, and physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and occasionally climbing. Working conditions can include temperature changes, food odors, dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must be able to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including navigating adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
Motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately; ability to enter orders by keyboard or touchscreen.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the stated physical tasks, including lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders within the designated delivery area and navigate to customer addresses.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage and work areas.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by telephone to process orders.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen and handle monetary change.
Unload and move deliveries, including lifting and stacking cases, carrying ingredients and dough trays, and moving trays on dollies.
Perform outside tasks such as removing trash; occasionally navigate stairs or climb a ladder for sign changes, wall washing, or maintenance.
