About The Position

This role involves delivering products, flyers, and door hangers using a personal vehicle. The Delivery Expert is responsible for collecting payments, ensuring product accuracy and quality, maintaining the delivery vehicle, and upholding company standards. Additionally, the role includes customer service, phone handling, and contributing to a positive team environment. Cross-training in food preparation and store operations is also part of the role.

Requirements

Have a valid driver's license with safe driving record that meets company standards.
Proof of liability insurance for yourself and vehicle.
Navigational skills to read map and locate addresses for delivery.
Ability to speak and write clearly and comprehension of using a computer based order entry system.

Responsibilities

Collect cash/credit card payments and coupons for delivered items
Read a map and figure out directions quickly
Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery and carry out customers in a safe and timely manner
Ensure vehicle used for delivery pass inspection, both mechanically and visually
Uphold Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions
Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operate pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carryout
Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers
Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person
Ability to speak and write clearly and comprehension of using a computer based order entry system
Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
Deliver product, deliver flyers and door hangers via a personal vehicle.
