About The Position

Great Floors, a subsidiary of Artisan Design Group (ADG) and a Lowe's company, is seeking a Delivery Driver to support its Coeur d’Alene, Idaho location. The primary function of this role is to safely and accurately transport materials between vendors and warehouses. This involves checking and labeling materials, managing paperwork, and assisting with loading and unloading.

ADG is a leading national provider of interior finishings solutions for homebuilders and property management clients, offering end-to-end design, procurement, and installation services. Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent years of experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Compliance with state, federal, and company safety regulations.
• Reliable attendance and performance.
• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
• Proficiency in standard paperwork procedures.
• Understanding of truck schedules and routes.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to drive for long periods throughout the day.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time; to reach with hands and arms; to move among and between job sites; to sit, stoop, kneel and crouch.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted on a regular basis.
• Ability to see well enough to discern differences in quality of product.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre-trip inspections and report any equipment issues.
• Safely and legally transport material between vendors and warehouses.
• Pick up materials from vendors, checking material and paperwork to ensure accuracy.
• Label all materials with the store, customer name, and order number.
• Secure cargo to prevent damage.
• Deliver materials to the Kent Distribution Center or stores as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, other drivers, warehouse staff, and management.
