About The Position
Cross County Logistics is a contracted service provider of FedEx, looking forward to hiring multiple delivery drivers. No CDL needed! We are looking to find both full and part time candidates. We offer full benefits (health/dental/life insurance/401k) after your first 90 days of employment. Paid training. Weekly pay and flexible scheduling. Full time 4-5 day schedules, part time 1-3 days. Guaranteed Sundays off. Annual pay increases and safety/performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Pass the FedEx mandated background check
- Clean driving record
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a DOT drug screen
- Be physically able to lift/move packages over 100lbs (hand cart/dolly provided)
- Ability to learn GPS/handheld scanning device and iPad
Responsibilities
- Loading and organizing your truck upon coming to work.
- Dispatch and begin the drive to your route after package handlers unload all trailers.
- Deliver packages in the Downeast Maine region, mostly coastal routes.
- Complete all deliveries, with an average of 50-100 deliveries per day, varying depending on the route.
