The Ideal Tridon Group is seeking a Delivery Driver for their Ocala, FL location. This role involves delivering packages and products according to a scheduled route, ensuring efficient travel, and maintaining delivery documentation. The position operates in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment and requires adherence to all DOT and company regulations for safe operation. The company is a worldwide leader in clamps, strut, hose supports, conduit, fittings, and coupling solutions with over 100 years of experience.

Requirements

• Clean driving record
• Valid and current driver’s license and requires a Class B - CDL.
• Professional communication
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Follow delivery schedules and routes
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Requires a Valid Driver's License.
• Requires a Commercial Driver License (CDL) - Class B.
• Must be able to clear drug screen and background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• 1-2 years sit down forklift experience

Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
• May perform other related duties as assigned.
• Follow the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading a truck
• Communicating with dispatchers, drivers and other team members to make deliveries
• Meeting delivery deadlines
• Performing basic truck maintenance
• Loading and unloading cargo
• Tracking shipments and deliveries
• Obtaining client or customer signatures when needed
