About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity to join our founding team as a Delivery Driver. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering Thrive Market products directly to our members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Must have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and walk up/down stairs throughout your shift
• Operate and navigate a delivery van/box truck
• Operate pallet jack
• Working and driving in varying weather conditions
• Able to pass a DOT physical exam
• Complete Background Check, MVR Screening, and Drug test

Nice To Haves

• Previous delivery driving experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Driving a company-supplied Sprinter Van
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicle with up to 50 lb. packages
• Delivering goods to customers by driving a company vehicle during workdays
• Keeping track of inventory and supplies in the truck
• Communicating with the Delivery Team on days when deliveries are made
• Providing a top-level customer experience to every member you interact with
• Other duties as assigned by management
