CVS welcomes Delivery Driver candidates to bring their heart to work. As a Delivery Driver, you will provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products and/or supplies into long term care facilities or patient's homes, load products/materials, be responsible for vehicle maintenance and alerting management of maintenance issues, and maintain full compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. You will deliver prescription orders and products to customers on a predetermined route and schedule, demonstrate ethical conduct, maintain patient confidentiality, and ensure regulatory compliance standards are met. You will manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the organization's ability to fill patient prescriptions promptly, safely, and accurately, and manage any other duties as assigned. This role involves coordinating workflow to assist in preparing and processing medications to fill patient prescriptions, following policy and procedure for product compounding, assembly of clinical products, and medication preparation. You will load and organize products and materials for delivery into delivery vehicle following safety guidelines, complete delivery logs and submit supporting documentation, ensure safe operations of all delivery vehicles and compliance with all government laws and regulations, and operate devices and applications for route navigation. You are expected to demonstrate professional and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Basic awareness of problem solving and decision-making skills
  • 0-2 years work experience
  • Customer service orientation
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities
