About The Position

The driver will also be responsible for vehicle inspection, upholding company standards, promoting products, and receiving cross-training in various store operations. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, meeting company standards
- Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Must be listed as and insured driver on this vehicle
- Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery areas
- Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Must be able to operate all equipment
Responsibilities
- Collect cash/credit card payments and coupons for delivered items
- Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery and carry out customers in a safe and timely manner
- Ensure vehicle used for delivery pass inspection, both mechanically and visually
- Uphold Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
- Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions
- Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operate pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carryout
- Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person
- Ability to speak and write clearly and comprehension of using a computer based order entry system
- Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in-cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associate paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility daily
