Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations
Must pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background check
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to lift, carry, and safely handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and customer service

Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within Lake St. Louis and surrounding areas
Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and mapping technology to optimize delivery times and fuel consumption
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with all customers, ensuring a positive brand experience
Carefully handle and transport packages, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition
Collect payments and process transactions accurately when required
Maintain detailed delivery records and communicate any issues or delays to management promptly
Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical concerns immediately
Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices
Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations
Collaborate with the team to support operational goals and contribute to a positive work environment
