About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid out every other Friday. Delivery Experts use their own vehicles and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto-related expenses. Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule, with flexible part-time and full-time hours available. Drivers have access to cutting-edge technology that makes the safe delivery of Domino's products faster, leading to more money. Domino's offers promotional opportunities such as Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have 1 year minimum verifiable driving history.
• Must have a clean driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Must have valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills.
• Must be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.

Responsibilities

• Use their own vehicles to deliver Domino's products.
• Receive adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and other auto-related expenses.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings to deliver products.
• Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
• Deliver products within a designated delivery area, potentially making several deliveries per shift.
• Perform walking, carrying, and climbing duties during deliveries, potentially navigating 5+ flights of stairs.
• Use safe driving practices.
• Perform forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station.
• Stoop and bend occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reach continuously (up, down, and forward) for various tasks.
• Use hands continuously for various tasks, including shaping pizza dough, manipulating a pizza peel, using a rolling cutter, and grasping items.
• Talk and hear on the telephone.
• Use depth perception, near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks.
• Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Use far and night vision for driving.
