About The Position
The Delivery Driver is responsible for collecting payments, ensuring product accuracy and quality, and delivering items safely and efficiently. This role also involves upholding company standards, promoting products, and contributing to a positive team environment. Additional responsibilities include preparing products, operating the pizza oven, and handling customer service over the phone and in person. Drivers will use their personal vehicle for deliveries and must possess a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and proof of insurance. Navigational skills are essential for locating delivery addresses.
Requirements

- Ability to speak and write clearly and comprehension of using a computer based order entry system

Responsibilities
- Collect cash/credit card payments and coupons for delivered items
- Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery
- Carry out customers in a safe and timely manner
- Ensure vehicle used for delivery pass inspection, both mechanically and visually
- Uphold Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
- Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions
- Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operate pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carryout
- Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person
- Deliver product, deliver flyers and door hangers via a personal vehicle
- Read a map and figure out directions quickly
- Speak and write clearly and comprehension of using a computer based order entry system
- Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
