About The Position

Join the team as a Delivery Driver at the Arvada location. The role is responsible for delivering customer orders promptly and safely while providing positive customer service and representing the brand. Drivers may also assist with food preparation, packaging, inventory management, stocking, cleaning, and other store operations. The position requires navigating the designated delivery area, handling payments, maintaining a clean delivery vehicle, and working with team members during busy periods. Delivery work involves driving, walking, carrying orders, and navigating stairs and varying weather conditions.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license and a clean, safe driving record meeting company standards; at least one year of driving history.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
Strong navigational skills, including the ability to read maps and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain and delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Physical stamina to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to operate necessary equipment and technology, such as POS systems and smartphone apps.
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
Far vision and night vision for driving.
Ability to carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing; navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.
Ability to perform continuous reaching and hand tasks, and frequent or forceful use of forearms and wrists for food preparation and handling equipment.
