About The Position

COME JOIN OUR FAMILY!!!! This position involves delivering our product to customers safely and courteously, obeying all traffic laws. You will be responsible for making cash drops after every delivery, never leaving with more than $20.00. Projecting a positive image to the customer while observing company policies and standards is crucial. This role also requires assisting in store operations such as answering phones, making pizzas, preparing food, stocking, folding boxes, and general store maintenance. Maintaining all company image standards is essential.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have a safe, well-maintained vehicle with proper insurance coverage.
2 year driving record.
No more than 2 violations in 2 years.
Good background check.
Positive attitude.
Great vehicle and personal image.
Ability to read a map.

Responsibilities

Deliver product to the customer in a safe manner.
Complete a safe delivery program approved by the company.
Safely and courteously obey all traffic laws and ordinances, including wearing a seat belt at all times while driving.
Know the delivery area and make a cash drop after every delivery.
Never leave on a delivery carrying more than $20.00.
Project a positive image to the customer while observing company policies and standards.
Have necessary equipment ready before starting deliveries (full tank of gas, full uniform, cartop lit after dark, vehicle in safe, well-maintained condition).
Notify the safety hotline and supervisor if pressured to drive in an unsafe manner.
Maintain a good driving record and immediately inform your manager of any changes.
Do everything in your power to impress, delight, and satisfy customers.
Handle customer concerns with grace and congeniality.
Assist in store operations such as answering phones, making pizzas, preparing food for the makeline, stocking the makeline and soda cooler, folding boxes, boxing coupons, doorhanging coupons, washing down surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, and any other store maintenance deemed necessary by the manager.
Maintain all image standards set forth by the company.
