About The Position

The Delivery Driver position involves a variety of tasks including greeting customers, taking orders over the phone, cleaning, and making deliveries. Successful candidates will be hard-working, personable, friendly, punctual, and capable of multitasking. Drivers are expected to be physically active, moving quickly to and from their vehicles for deliveries.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Valid auto insurance
• Good driving record
• A car that works
• Ability to run/jog/speed walk to and from cars on all deliveries
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
• Ability to process orders over the phone and in person on a touch screen computer system
• Clear and upbeat speaking voice
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Ability to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements with speed
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
• At least 18 years old
• Clean cut and personable
• Outgoing and energetic
• Dependable, reliable, and punctual
• Prompt and responsible
• Quick learner and self-motivated
