About The Position

Inspire Logistics is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Delivery Drivers, delivering Amazon packages directly to customer doors. The company culture emphasizes teamwork, customer obsession, and enthusiasm. Drivers will be trained and provided with the necessary tools and support to act as ambassadors for Inspire Logistics. This role can be a career or a way to earn extra income.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to handle walking, lifting, bending, stair climbing, and stooping.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Tech savvy and able to operate a Smartphone/GPS device with scanner and team applications.
• Must observe traffic laws and company safety procedures at all times.
• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record.

Nice To Haves

• Previous driving and delivery experience is preferred.
• Experience with Lyft, Uber, FedEx, UPS or other delivery organizations.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the distribution facility by the required time for van assignment.
• Attend morning stand-up meetings.
• Receive route assignment, keys, tools, and delivery smartphone/GPS device.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Deliver up to 250+ packages per day.
• Be on feet for 9-12 hours per day.
• Climb in and out of a van for each delivery.
• Follow all delivery instructions.
• Help fellow team members as needed.
• Return van to station after refueling.
• Remove all trash and debris from the van.
• Return smartphone/GPS scanner device, tools, and keys.
• Perform post-trip inspection and note required maintenance items.
• Represent the company professionally and respectfully.
• Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience.
• Assist with delivering extra packages when time permits.
• Keep vans clean and ready for service at the end of each day.
