About The Position

This role involves collecting payments, ensuring product accuracy and quality, maintaining vehicle standards, upholding company appearance standards, promoting products, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the position includes cross-training in various store operations such as product preparation, opening/closing procedures, oven operation, and boxing products. The role also requires contributing to a positive team environment and effectively handling phone and in-person customer interactions.

Requirements

• Ability to speak and write clearly.
• Comprehension of using a computer based order entry system.

Responsibilities

• Collect cash/credit card payments and coupons for delivered items.
• Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery and carry out customers in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensure vehicle used for delivery pass inspection, both mechanically and visually.
• Uphold Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
• Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operate pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carryout.
• Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person.
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
