About The Position

The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering food orders to customers in a polite and courteous manner, while also assisting carryout customers. This role requires knowledge of the menu and adherence to customer service standards, including the 'customer WOW steps'. Drivers must also manage cash for change and ensure their delivery vehicles are neat and clean. All drivers must have completed the Safe Delivery CBT and confirm order accuracy with customers.

Requirements

• Must have $1 in coin change on every delivery.
• Must say “Let me get your change” on every order.
• Not allowed to carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
• Not allowed to have a pocket knife or any weapon while working.
• Delivery vehicles must be neat and clean and in positive image while working.
• Must have completed Safe Delivery CBT.

• Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner while being helpful and knowledgeable of our menu.
• Being in perfect image according to standard.
• Knowing and demonstrating customer WOW steps 1) Apologize 2) Give them what they want 3) give them something extra.
• Drivers must not be routed early or checked in early from delivery.
• Every order is to be repeated for accuracy and name and address confirmed.
