About The Position

As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the St. Louis area. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in reading maps and using GPS navigation systems
Physical capability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of St. Louis area geography is a plus
Experience in delivery, customer service, or transportation roles is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout the St. Louis area in a timely and professional manner
Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to optimize delivery schedules and minimize travel time
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers courteously, answering questions, and handling transactions professionally
Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure safe operation
Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions or concerns
Handle packages and products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition
Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer concerns
Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe driving record
Build positive relationships with regular customers and represent the organization's brand with integrity and enthusiasm
Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a flexible, can-do attitude
