Requirements

Valid driver's license
Ability to navigate using maps and navigational applications
Ability to navigate multi-story buildings and adverse terrain
Ability to maintain accurate delivery records and complete associated paperwork
Ability to operate all equipment as directed
Ability to stock ingredients and supplies
Ability to prepare products according to company specifications
Ability to receive and process telephone orders
Ability to maintain cleanliness of designated work areas and equipment
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to process orders accurately over the phone and in person
Ability to provide professional customer service and service recovery
Ability to comprehend and execute written instructions correctly
Ability to process monetary transactions accurately, including calculating change
Proficiency in performing mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with accuracy
Ability to enter orders using computer keyboards or touch screens
Ability to maintain precise documentation of deliveries and transactions

Responsibilities

Operate delivery vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and company safety standards
Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using maps and navigational applications
Locate and deliver orders to designated addresses within the delivery area
Navigate multi-story buildings and adverse terrain to complete deliveries
Maintain accurate delivery records and complete associated paperwork
Operate all equipment as directed
Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
Prepare products according to company specifications as needed
Receive and process telephone orders when required
Maintain cleanliness of designated work areas and equipment on a daily basis
Communicate effectively with customers and team members both verbally and in writing
Process orders accurately over the phone and in person
Provide professional customer service and service recovery as needed
Comprehend and execute written instructions correctly
Process monetary transactions accurately, including calculating change
Perform mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with accuracy
Enter orders using computer keyboards or touch screens
Maintain precise documentation of deliveries and transactions
