As a Delivery & Warehouse Specialist, you are the backbone of our operations. You ensure our customers get the right parts at the right time. This is a dynamic, Monday through Friday position—no overnights, no weekends—supporting our sales team, managing inventory, and representing our brand on the road.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Experience with local deliveries, professional communication skills for job-site interactions, and a strong commitment to safety protocols.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems for inventory tracking.
• A "team-first" attitude and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctuality and a dedicated work ethic to see daily challenges through to positive results.
• Clean driving record
• Local delivery experience
• The drive to grow with a local leader

Nice To Haves

• Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles (Non-CDL) to ensure customers receive products on time. All deliveries are same-day; you’ll be home every evening.
• Load and unload trucks safely.
• Check in incoming freight and stock products with precision.
• Pull parts accurately for customer orders and branch transfers using our warehouse management systems.
• Perform accurate cycle counts and maintain an organized, efficient warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift in a warehouse environment.
• Help us find better ways to streamline our workflow.
