About The Position

Delivery Drivers are recognized as the ambassadors of Domino's Pizza, responsible for ensuring that products are delivered fresh from the oven to the customer's door. This role offers great hours, with flexibility for part-time work, weekend shifts, or evening shifts, making it suitable for those seeking a second job or an introduction to the pizza business. The position also presents opportunities for advancement within Domino's Pizza, as many managers started as drivers and it serves as a stepping stone to the Management Development Program.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that passes regular safety inspections.
• Outstanding attitude toward customer service.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Valid U.S. employment authorization.
• Valid Car registration / Insurance / Inspection in the applicant's name.
• Friendly demeanor.
• Works well with others.
• Works well under stress of a high-paced environment.
• Organized.
• Efficient in time management.
• Ability to multitask.
• Able to respond to customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products from the store to the customer's door.
• Navigate to customer addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Read maps and locate addresses.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Answer all store calls after the first ring.
• Follow Team Sharma Domino’s Policies.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
