About The Position

This franchisee is an affiliate of several entities that independently own and operate Jimmy John's locations. Based in Illinois, we operate 100+ stores across Colorado, Illinois, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin, and we're still growing. We are hiring Delivery Drivers in Racine, WI. Our drivers averaged $20.23/hour including tips over the past six months. You'll deliver Jimmy John's sandwiches in a defined local delivery area — short routes, familiar territory, no long hauls. Between deliveries, you'll work in-shop and get paid for that time too. Apply in under five minutes — we review applications daily.

Requirements

• 18 or older
• Valid driver's license and your own reliable, insured vehicle
• Driving record with no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the past three years
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers in English (phone orders, delivery tickets)
• Must pass an MVR check

Responsibilities

• Learn your routes and get orders out fast and safely
• Double-check every order before it leaves
• Take phone orders and handle payments accurately
• Reconcile your cash, tips, and mileage with your manager at shift end
• Pitch in on in-shop tasks between runs
