About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino's Pizza franchise, is hiring delivery drivers for its North Fort Lewis, Washington store. Drivers deliver products to customers, flyers, and door hangers, and also assist with store operations such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, and cleaning equipment and facilities. The position offers flexible scheduling and is available full-time or part-time, including as little as one or two days per week. The posted pay rate is $17.13 plus $17.13 in tips and mileage. Paid training and employee discounts are offered, and tips are paid after each shift. Health care benefits are available to full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week after waiting periods; dental and vision plans are available to purchase. Paid sick leave is provided under Washington law, and eligible employees may participate in a 401(k).

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Have held a valid driver's license for at least one year.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Submit to a criminal background check.
• Have navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses in the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multistory buildings and private homes.
• Use a personal phone for the Domino's Delivery Driver in-store app.
• Be able to drive and deliver in adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area in storage areas, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily.
