About The Position

RPM Pizza, a large Domino's franchise with over 160 stores across four states, is seeking a Delivery Driver. This family-owned company has been in operation for over 40 years and prioritizes helping team members achieve their best. The role involves providing a fun and friendly customer experience, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring store cleanliness and food safety. The driver will prepare products, deliver excellent customer service, manage time effectively, operate equipment safely, and support inventory tasks, all while contributing to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
• Ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
