Minimum Age Requirement: 18+ years old
Ability to work in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions.
Ability to work in in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to 90 degrees and above.
Ability to handle sudden changes in temperature.
Ability to work with food odors and cornmeal dust.
Ability to work in cramped quarters.
Ability to work with hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees or higher.
Ability to work with sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Ability to talk and hear on the telephone.
Near and mid-range vision.
Depth perception.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Ability to stand for most tasks.
Ability to walk for short distances for short durations on various surfaces.
Ability to sit for paperwork completion.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for bulk product deliveries.
