This role involves operating all necessary equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The job requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, reach, and grasp with hands. It also involves tolerating exposure to varying temperatures and conditions both inside and outside. Training includes customer service orientation, interactive computer programs, and hands-on practice. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person.
