About The Position
Empire Line Logistics is seeking Independent Contractor Delivery Couriers to join their team. This role involves making local final-mile deliveries using your own pickup truck or larger vehicle. You will collect orders from local retailers and deliver them directly to customers within a 25-mile radius. The job does not involve assembly or installation, only simple drop-offs. Items delivered can include tires, fence posts, or other products that fit your vehicle. Drivers can expect to be home daily by 5 PM.
Requirements
- Own pickup truck or larger vehicle
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Auto insurance for your delivery vehicle
- Smartphone for the delivery app
- Available to start with one week's notice
Responsibilities
- Collect orders from local retailers
- Deliver orders directly to customers within a 25-mile radius
- Perform simple drop-offs, no assembly or installation required
