About The Position

RPM Pizza, a large Domino's franchise with over 40 years of experience and 160+ stores across four states, is seeking a Delivery Driver. We are family-owned and pride ourselves on helping team members achieve their best. This role offers summer vibes, flexible schedules, and competitive tips. You will be responsible for providing a fun and friendly customer experience, upholding brand standards, maintaining store cleanliness, preparing products accurately, and delivering excellent customer service. The position also involves operating equipment safely, supporting inventory, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided, forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return all company-issued equipment upon separation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
• Ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
