About The Position

U.S. Lubricants, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 50 years of experience as a value-adding manufacturer and distributor of lubrication solutions for manufacturing operations, automotive service centers/dealerships, and commercial fleets. This position involves driving a tractor-trailer truck, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, loading and unloading trucks, and providing quality customer service. The role also includes collecting and handling cash on deliveries. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 5:30 am - 2:00 pm, or until the route is completed, with potential for overtime.

Requirements

• Must be 23 years old or older
• Commercial Driver License: Class A; (H) Hazardous Materials
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
• Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service
• Must meet the physical requirements of the job
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Valid DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines and requirements during the hiring process
• One year tractor-trailer driving experience OR 2 years commercial motor vehicle driving experience - Class A OR 2 years full-time work experience and satisfactory completion of truck driving program (approved by company)

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer truck and follow all safety procedures
• Follow and safety procedures per training manual
• Keep complete and accurate records and logs of all driving and deliveries
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Load and unload trucks as needed
• Provide quality customer service during every interaction
• Collect and handle cash on deliveries
