About The Position

Domino’s is seeking qualified Delivery Drivers to work in its stores. The role involves delivering products to customers and performing general store team-member duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, handling telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position may offer opportunities for advancement into management and franchise ownership.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, while carrying products.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Must have verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Must be able to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers and comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Must have motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Must be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Must be able to talk and hear on the telephone, use near, mid-range, far, and night vision as needed, perceive depth, and distinguish hot from cold surfaces.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car and bring them to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Navigate to addresses in the designated delivery area, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
